How Coaching Works
TPI Assessments
Every golfer starts with a TPI-based physical assessment to identify any mobility, strength, stability, or movement limitations that may be affecting performance, consistency, or injury risk.
This gives us a clear understanding of what your body needs to improve for your golf game.
Coaching & Programming
Following your assessment, I create a personalised golf fitness programme focused on improving strength, mobility, rotation, power, and resilience.
Sessions are coached either in person or online, and can work alongside your current golf coach to support both the physical and technical side of your game.
