About Me.
I’m Andrew, a Manchester-based coach with 12 years experience across in-person and online personal training. My passion for health and fitness began with playing high-level sports, leading me to do a degree in Strength and Conditioning (BSc) and then a Sports Therapy Masters (MSc).

I honed my skills working in one of the UK's busiest commercial gyms in Ancoats, Manchester city centre. Now, I own and run Train Urban, a premier personal training facility in the busy Northern Quarter. Train Urban has been going 3 years and is a fully equipped private gym offering elite personal and group training sessions.

Over the past 12 years I've helped countless clients transform their lives through my approach to personalised fitness. My expertise also extends to working with sports teams and athletes on their strength and conditioning.
Twice a year I also operate an overseas fitness retreat, which is currently in it's 6th year.
