After finding a passion for health and fitness through playing rugby league, I went on to gain my Strength and Conditioning Degree (BSc) and Sports Therapy Masters (MSc) qualifications at University. I then built a successful personal training business at a private gym facility in Wigan, before moving to Manchester city centre where I now own and run Train Urban, a private training facility in Northern Quarter.
Over the years I have amassed a wealth of experience, countless client transformations and have worked with sports teams/athletes on their strength and conditioning. I have also launched one of Manchester's most successful 8 week challenges and founded an overseas fitness retreat based in Greece.
